올린 후, 4cm 길이로 썬다.2.대파는 어슷썰고, 표고버섯과 양파는 채 썰고,
팽이버섯은 밑둥을 잘라낸다.3.냄비에 숙주와 양파, 표고버섯을 깔고, 1을
돌려 담는다.4.가운데에 팽이버섯을 담고 대파를 올린다.5.물을 부은 후,
